Our History Film Strip

What We Do

We specialize in sewage transportation and the design, installation, and maintenance of pump systems for municipalities, counties, and private contractors. Our services include:

  • Design and development of custom pump systems

  • Repair of lift stations, booster systems, and control panels

  • Troubleshooting with advanced diagnostics

  • Maintaining a full inventory of critical parts and tools

We’re known for getting the job done — on time, and the right way.  When our customers need us, we show up — prepared, professional, and focused.

Where It All Began

Before starting the business, both founders built careers in healthcare, engineering, and education — all of which shaped our approach to service and quality. David’s background in engineering and Ronita’s work in nutrition and teaching gave us the technical and interpersonal skills that drive our company culture.

In 1981, they returned to our family land and invested in a business that aligned with our skills and community values. They took over distribution for Myers’ Pump Company, selling over 1,000 pumps in our first month alone.

Growing Through Trust

We’ve carved out a unique space in the pump industry by focusing on smaller government entities and organizations like the Army Corps of Engineers and Texas Parks and Wildlife. Our business has grown not just through sales, but through relationships — built on consistent follow-up, fair pricing, and doing what we say we’ll do.

We don’t believe in hard selling. Our motto is simple: If we sell something along the way, that’s good — but building trust comes first.

Team Culture

Our team is our strength. Whether we’re working a trade show or sharing a meal after hours, we value teamwork, mutual respect, and dedication. We hire people who are all-in — ready to learn, work hard, and grow with us.

Deep Roots and Strong Values

Our commitment to Texas is more than just business. Our land has been in the family since the 1800s, and in 1986 it was recognized as a Texas Heritage Ranch. We’ve restored and preserved this land with care — building ponds, planting native trees, and implementing conservation practices that make a difference.

We’re also deeply involved in our community — from serving on civic boards to supporting students through livestock scholarships and volunteering on mission trips to Mexico and India. Our faith and our family are central to everything we do.

Advice for New Entrepreneurs

If you’re thinking about starting a business, our advice is simple:

  • Pray and talk to your family first.

  • Take advantage of local resources like Baylor’s Business Resource Center, FastTrac, and the Waco Executive Club.

  • Be prepared to work — because success doesn’t happen in an 8–5 window. It takes dedication, flexibility, and grit.

Our Legacy in the Community
